An interactive scenario that puts your leadership instincts to the test.
What happens when you’re brought into a corporate training project that’s already derailed? The Trainer’s Dilemma is a branching scenario that places you, the Instructional Designer, at the center of a high-stakes learning challenge. The content is incomplete, the stakeholders are divided, and deadlines are looming.
Your mission? Assess the situation, build trust with the team, and make decisions that shape the direction of the project — and the dynamics of the people involved. There are no right or wrong answers here. Every choice you make reveals your leadership style, design instincts, and approach to solving real-world workplace challenges.
Will you play it safe, follow the norm, and deliver what’s expected? Or will you push back, challenge assumptions, and create something truly impactful?
By the end, your decisions earn you a title: are you The Influencer, rallying teams and navigating politics with finesse? The Reliable Rock, the steady hand everyone counts on? Or The Spreadsheet Soldier, precise, process-driven, and laser-focused on results?

Why I built my career as an Instructional Designer
I’ve always believed that learning isn’t just about information — it’s about connection, transformation, and inspiration.
My journey started with solving technical problems and teaching students how to conquer competitive exams. Over time, I realized that the real magic lies in designing learning experiences that engage, excite, and empower.
Instructional Design gave me the perfect canvas to blend my love for technology, storytelling, psychology, and creativity.
Today, I design not just courses — but journeys that turn knowledge into action, and learners into explorers.
When I’m not crafting learning journeys, you’ll find me exploring nature, off-roading, reading books on philosophy, swimming or simply chasing the next adventure!

Articulate 360 suite
Proficient in Articulate Storyline for crafting highly interactive, custom eLearning experiences, and skilled in Rise 360 to deliver sleek, responsive, mobile-friendly courses that engage learners.
Google WS and Agile tools
Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office – efficiently managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration tools to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
Canva and Vyond
Proficient in Canva, Vyond, and Powerpoint for designing visually engaging course materials, explainer videos, and branded learning assets that elevate learner engagement and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
scorm and xapi
Familiar with SCORM and xAPI standards — aware of key industry standards for e-learning interoperability and data tracking. Comfortable with the basics of SCORM course testing and deployment; currently upskilling in xAPI to expand learning analytics, data storytelling, and experience design capabilities as a learning experience designer.
